Short version: this site is informational, our quotes are binding for 30 days, our boxes ship in the condition we describe, and if something is wrong we'll make it right.
Website use.
This website is provided for informational and commercial-inquiry purposes. You may browse, share links, and submit inquiries through our forms. You may not scrape it at volume, reverse-engineer our content, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
Quotes & orders.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
- Acceptance of a quote constitutes an order at the quoted price and terms.
- Specifications take precedence over photographs.
Product condition.
Used boxes and IBC totes are shipped graded per the rubric described on this website. If a load arrives more than half a grade letter off what was agreed, contact us within five business days and we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or partial credit.
Shipping & risk of loss.
Risk of loss transfers FOB our dock at 7335 S 10th St, Oak Creek, WI 53154 unless the order is delivered by our own fleet, in which case risk transfers at the delivery dock with a signed BOL.
Limitations.
We make no warranty that our boxes are fit for a particular purpose beyond their description. Industrial packaging requires customer judgment about load suitability, stack pattern, and route compatibility.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Disputes are venued in Milwaukee County.
Order placement and acceptance.
An order becomes binding when one of the following occurs:
- Customer signs a written quote with acceptance language.
- Customer issues a purchase order referencing our quote number.
- Customer pays a deposit referencing our quote.
- Customer email confirms acceptance of quote terms.
Verbal orders are not binding without subsequent written confirmation.
Pricing and tax.
- Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax.
- Wisconsin sales tax applies to Wisconsin deliveries except where the customer provides a resale or tax-exempt certificate.
- Out-of-state deliveries are subject to applicable use tax per the destination jurisdiction.
- Customer is responsible for providing correct tax documentation.
Payment terms.
- New customer accounts: prepay or cash-on-delivery (COD) on the first order.
- Net-30 terms available after a clean second on-time transaction, on credit-application approval.
- Accepted methods: ACH, wire transfer, business check, major credit cards (3% surcharge applies on cards).
- Late payments after Net-30 terms accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annual).
- Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
Delivery and risk of loss.
- FOB origin: risk of loss transfers to customer at our loading dock at 7335 S 10th St, Oak Creek, WI 53154.
- FOB destination: when we use our own fleet, risk of loss transfers at the delivery dock with signed BOL.
- Damage or loss in transit is subject to standard freight carrier claims processes; we will assist customer with carrier claims where applicable.
- Detention beyond 2 hours at pickup or delivery may incur fees as quoted.
Product warranties.
- Used / reclaimed products are sold "as graded" per our written grading rubric, which is published on this website.
- We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the descriptions in our quotes.
- Custom-built corrugate is warranted to match the approved CAD proof and physical sample.
- IBC totes reconditioned to Level 1, 2, or 3 are warranted to meet the documented cleaning specification at the time of shipment.
Returns and credits.
- Grading discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
- Photographic evidence is required for any dispute.
- Approved discrepancies result in credit, replacement, or partial refund — at our reasonable choice and the customer's agreement.
- Custom-built corrugate is non-returnable except for spec-mismatch defects.
- Reconditioned IBC totes are non-returnable except for cleaning-specification failures documented in writing within 10 business days.
Limitation of liability.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any single transaction is limited to the dollar value of that transaction.
- We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product use.
- Customer is responsible for inspecting products at receipt and for the suitability of their selected products for intended use.
- Force majeure events (severe weather, supply chain disruption, regulatory changes) may temporarily suspend our obligations.
Cancellation.
- Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment without charge.
- Custom-build orders may be cancelled before production begins; once production starts, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
- Closed-loop programs require 90 days written notice for termination.
Intellectual property.
- Customer-provided print artwork remains customer property; we may retain digital copies for production reference.
- Our trade dress, logo, and brand identity remain our property.
- Customer is responsible for warranting that any artwork provided for custom print does not infringe third-party IP rights.
Confidentiality.
- Pricing, volumes, and program-specific terms are confidential between us and the customer.
- We may use aggregate data (not customer-identifying) in our sustainability reporting.
- Customer agrees to confidentiality of pricing and contract terms.
Dispute resolution.
We prefer to resolve disputes through direct conversation. If that fails:
- Formal written notice of dispute, sent via certified mail to our office address.
- 30 days for the parties to attempt good-faith resolution.
- If unresolved, mediation in Milwaukee County by a mutually-agreed mediator.
- If mediation fails, litigation in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
Changes to these terms.
These terms apply to all transactions. Material changes are posted to this page. The version in effect at the time of order placement governs that order.
