Why we fit.

We built our food-grade workflow with pharma adjacency in mind. The chain-of-custody discipline that food-grade requires is essentially the same discipline pharma raw-material inbound requires. We've been audited by sustainability and procurement teams at several regional personal-care brands and the documentation has held up.

Where we don't fit.

Primary pharmaceutical packaging — vials, blister packs, the layer that touches the API — is not us. That market requires GMP-compliant new packaging with full lot-level traceability. We're a secondary-packaging vendor.

How we typically onboard a Pharmaceutical customer.

  1. First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
  2. Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
  3. Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
  4. Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
  5. Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
  6. Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.

Frequently asked.

Can you support a sustainability or procurement audit?

Yes. We've walked auditors through our regrade station, our food-grade segregation workflow, and our chain-of-custody documentation. Schedule a yard visit.

Are your IBCs DEA-compliant for controlled substance precursor handling?

Not unless specifically reconditioned and documented for that purpose. Most precursor handling requires new packaging with DEA-tracked serialization.

Do you handle GMP-graded inventory?

No. Our food-grade designation is FDA-aligned but not GMP-certified. For GMP requirements, we recommend a specialty supplier.
