Buying

What's your minimum order for buying used boxes?

A single pallet for local Milwaukee-area orders (about 25 boxes). For longer-distance shipments the math gets ugly under a half-truckload, but we'll always run the numbers.

How fast can you ship?

Standard inventory ships same-day to next-day. Truckload orders inside the upper Midwest typically deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Can I see photos of the actual load before it ships?

Yes. Every load is photographed against the BOL number before the trailer is sealed. We send them by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH, wire, business check, and major credit cards (3% card surcharge). New customers prepay or COD; Net-30 terms available after a clean second order.

Do you ship outside Wisconsin?

Routinely yes — Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, and surrounding. Beyond that we partner with regional carriers; ask and we'll quote.

Selling to us

How do I get a quote for my used boxes?

Email us five photos and a rough count. Quote turnaround is typically 4 hours during business hours, next-morning if you send late in the day.

How much do you pay per box?

Depends on grade, footprint, lid yes/no, pallet yes/no, current virgin-fiber pricing, and pickup distance. We don't publish a sticker rate because it would lie.

Do you charge for pickup?

On resale-quality loads, usually no — the buyout covers the pickup. On recycling-only loads, we charge a per-pull rate that's typically below a dumpster pull at landfill rates.

How long until you can come get them?

Most Wisconsin / Illinois pickups happen within 5 business days. Recurring scheduled pickups are pre-positioned.

Recycling

Do you really send zero corrugate to landfills?

Yes, since 2021. Anything we can't reuse goes to our Wisconsin mill partner for repulping. We'll give you a certificate if you want one.

Can I drop off recycling at your yard?

Yes — Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM CT. We'll scale, sort, and pay on the spot at recycle-stream rates.

What contaminants will you reject from a recycling load?

Wax-coated corrugate, anything visibly hazardous, food waste mixed in, and non-paper contaminants over a couple percent by weight.

IBC totes

Are your reconditioned IBCs food-grade?

Some are, some aren't. We segregate food-grade stock separately and ship it with a certificate of cleaning. Non-food stock is washed but not certified.

Can I get a tote that's rebottled (new bottle, used cage)?

Yes — that's our most popular food-adjacent option. The cage is refurbished, the inner HDPE bottle is new. Best-of-both pricing.

What fittings do your IBCs ship with?

Default is 2" NPT or S60×6 buttress outlet with a poly cap. We carry all the common adapters and can swap valves to your spec.

General

Why don't you have a phone number?

On purpose. We replied to ~3,200 emails last year and almost zero of them needed a phone call. Email gets you a real reply faster, with a paper trail.

Are you open Saturday?

By appointment for inbound deliveries and scheduled pickups. Not for walk-in inquiries.

Can I tour the yard?

Yes — schedule a time and we'll walk you through the full process in about 45 minutes. Hard-hats and steel-toes provided.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

Fill in the form with what you do know — quantity, what you're shipping, where it's going. We'll write back with options.
